This year's after Christmas trip took my husband and I to South Carolina. This restaurant came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Relatively small space on the water with pretty good food and service. I enjoyed it and would consider visiting again when I'm in the area.

We sat at the raw bar for dinner and had the best time. Christian was amazingly attentive and just totally crushed everything. It's a very cute spot with awesome views and all of our food was delicious. I got the low country seafood pasta and I could have drank that sauce, it was so good and all the seafood was cooked perfectly and there was so much of it. It was amazing.

The service was so great! We wanted to just get appetizers so we split the stuffed hush puppies, chilled crab dip, calamari, and she crab soup. It was soooo yummy! Definitely recommend alll! I love sherry with my she crab soup but my best friend doesn't. Good thing they give you the sherry on the side so you can add as little or as much of it to your soup. We were seated out on their covered patio space. Outside in January?! Crazy right? But it's covered so it wasn't chilly.

Seating was limited when we went as a party of 6, as it was raining outside. We were squeezed into a booth, which wasn't the best experience but made it work. Food was fresh and exceptional. Multiple options of fresh oysters! Place is worth the hype, would recommend a reservation rather than betting on walking in.

We came up to Charleston to meet some extended family and I believe they had made reservations for us for a table of 10. When we got there the table wasn't quite ready so we were able to wait a bit which wasn't an issue at all or grab two smaller tables outside with the view- we went with two smaller tables that way the kids had their own space. Our waiter from the beginning asked about how the checks will be divided so there was no confusion which is top tier. We started off with drinks and then quickly figured out what we'd all want to eat. Our extended family raved about this place and told us they've been here several times and never ordered anything they didn't like which gave me high expectations- which were all met! The calamari came highly suggested so we had to start off with some and let me tell you, this was some of the best calamari I've ever had- thick and cooked to perfection. For lunch I decided to go with their flank steak salad with a sun dried tomato vinegarette-AMAZING. My two boys opted for the seafood platter with fried fish, fried shrimp, fries, hush puppies and coleslaw- they devoured it (ages 12 &9) the size was perfect for them to split. My daughter got the chicken strips from the kids menu, my husband did a seafood platter for himself my mom did a salad with shrimp, my sister in law did the fish sandwich which she wasn't too impressed with but she also ordered so oysters which she was impressed by. My brother ordered the calamari as a main dish with a side of fries. We even saw some dolphins swimming while dining outside which was pretty cool. Service was amazing, food was great I would definitely be back when in the Charleston area.

11/10 After our morning in the Aquarium someone recommended this place for the views and food. There is a parking lot right next to it that's $8 for 2 hours. When we arrived there was a 20-30 minute wait for a table. They have a few benches outside that you can wait on. We ended up getting a table outside. Our waitress Allison (?) was friendly and helped us pick some really good options. We started with the their She Crab Soup plus Carolina Lump Crab Cake which was really delicious. Hubby got the Blackened Trigger Fish Sandwich which was very flavorful and tasted fresh. We ended up splitting our sandwiches. My Fried Flounder Sandwich was good but the Cajun Tartar sauce was needed. We asked for an extra side of it. The view wasn't what we expected but the food did what needed to be done! I wouldn't go back next time I'm in Charleston.

This is a nice spot on the water in Charleston, a short walk from the Market. We went with our out of town guests, and loved the nautical ambiance - just what we were looking for. Service was quick and professional. Our waitress gave us a good rundown of specials and house favorites, and was attentive without being interruptive. We started with a selection of oysters, and they were top notch - fresh and sumptuous. I had a crab cake that was mostly crab meat, with just enough binder to hold it together. I've eaten crab cakes all around the Chesapeake Bay, and Fleet Landing's was one of the best. Prices were in line with a Charleston restaurant, and fair for the excellent food quality and lovely views. We'll be back.

I came here for lunch with a group of friends , I was surprised how quick they were to accommodate us, we were a party of 11. Our waitress was friendly and made recommendations for us. We order a variety of food and I order the chefs special because it was the most fresh caught. I wasn't fans of the side and the fish I got was okay. The food came out quick but forgot the salad for my friend. Our waitress was quick she got us all water and then went around and got us or drinks order first before getting or meal order. This place was super packed and I enjoy the view too. The wait time overall was quick.
